  • In the case of an emergency, immediately call 9-1-1. For non-emergency related issues, a basic first aid kit is available at the registration table. For non-emergency related issues that require more advanced care, proceed to the local urgent care.es here

  • The fasting/prayer room is located at Student Union 002.

  • There is a clean kitchen area located directly behind the register when you enter the Main Dining Hall where you can access gluten and nut free options.   • Yes, we have set up a luggage room for those who might need it on either day. -- Capital Center 204 (2nd floor)

  • We have setup a Bus Driver Hospitality Area that can be found at Saylor Ackerman.

  • The student should report as soon as possible to their competition location and inform the chairperson or judges of the circumstance. Accommodation will be made to work the student into the rotation as it is possible. However, no guarantees of participation for missed times can be made.

  • Yes, each student may invite up to two (2) guests to attend the awards ceremony on March 6th, only. Use this link to register your guests, and then have them check in at the registration table prior to the awards ceremony. – Award Ceremony Guest Registration.
